Die sets are available to crimp a range of insulated and non-insulated terminals supplied by a multitude of manufacturers.
Die sets will accommodate wires in the range of 26 to 12-10 AWG, but are specific to terminal type and it is advisable to determine the correct die set for your application. In many cases it should be possible to cross reference comparable alternatives to your terminal suppliers tooling.
Die sets are designed to be compatible with crimp tools qualified to MIL-DTL-22520, in particular: M22520/5-01 & M22520/10-01.
Fixed jaw tools are also available for certain applications.
